Each Pawra product is individually handcrafted after purchase using premium hardwood materials.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins.

Returns

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Damaged Orders

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective.
